The smoke in our skies this summer has presented a real challenge during photoshoots. While we were able to reschedule a fair amount of our sessions, we often had to adjust to working with backgrounds that didn’t include the mountains and light that was hazy and dull. The upsides we found were the diffusion of the light and the complimentary warm tint on the skin. Our clients were great sports about working with us to find the best way to make the portraits work. The result is a collection of families with great smiles posed in front of soft backgrounds.
