I am a professional fashion and beauty photographer based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, serving clients throughout Jackson and the Grand Teton areas.
The studio, (located in the town of Jackson Hole), is a private, intimate experience.
It’s just me in the studio working with you to create the image you have dreamed of or wanted to mimic from something you have seen. I have a large studio with top-quality lighting gear, color backdrops, and an area to prepare. Once we discuss the concept, I have you come into the studio for the session which lasts about 1 hour. A week later, we review your images together and I help you place your order. My studio has numerous displays with a variety of ways to print, frame, and display your images.
The location session is another cool experience to have because of where I am located.
The town of Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park offer endless stunning locations, how lucky are we! The process is similar to the studio but we meet on location after we have discussed in detail, the concept, the wardrobe, the location, and the best time of day (which is key to a breathtaking image).
I can refer salons for you to get your hair and makeup and I work with you on bringing the right clothing to enhance your look and the feel of the image.
I create mood boards, so we are on the same page regarding your vision and my creation. It’s a fun process!
This experience is about you, a feeling that you are looking for, a look you want to have… an image you want to keep and share with others. I LOVE portrait work and want you to have the coolest image ever.
Deposit: Clients are required to pay the session fee deposit with a credit at the time of booking to secure their session date and time. This deposit guarantees your slot and prevents other bookings for that period. The deposit will be credited towards your final bill. Payment can be made via cash, credit cards, checks, or Venmo. If you request hair and makeup services, we would be happy to help schedule or refer you to outside salons.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your shoot for any reason, provided you notify us 48 hours before the scheduled time, without forfeiting your deposit.
Retouching: I specialize in natural retouching aimed at enhancing your appearance while preserving your authentic look—well-rested, healthy, put-together, and blemish-free. We strive to present the best version of you, subtly making you appear a little younger without altering your essential features. Each image includes up to three rounds of retouching, although most images typically require only one. Additional retouching is available for $10-30 per round, depending on the complexity of the adjustments required.
While I endeavor to meet all client requests, our focus is on natural studio and location shoots. We do not specialize in heavy alterations or composite images. For specialized retouching needs beyond our scope, you are welcome to take the images to external service providers.
At the end of the experience of creating a commissioned piece, you are thrilled. With all my years of experience, local knowledge, skills, desire, and passion to make stunning images…you are so happy you decided to work with me. And then you come back year after year or fly me to your location of choice ☺
I had been selling my images since I was 15. By the time I was 19 I thought I was pretty good. I got hired on a part time basis to carry stuff for a photographer. So in a sense all I was, was very cheap labor to carry stuff, my ability with a camera was incidental.
